Job Description
PAYROLL/HR ADMINISTRATOR – OLD TOWN
We are looking for a Payroll/HR Administrator to join our administrative team.
Duties include:
Code daily time data
Enter daily payroll data
Double check payroll data for pay checks
Run weekly direct deposits
Submit unemployment reports to state
Manage employee insurance status
Oversee CDL drug testing
Manage employee files
Scale trucks (w/ others)
Answer phone calls (W/ others)
Cross train for other tasks
Revise employee handbook
Update employee training videos
Other duties may apply as needed
Schedule:
Monday through Friday
40 hours per week
Overtime available if needed
