Job Description

PAYROLL/HR ADMINISTRATOR – OLD TOWN

We are looking for a Payroll/HR Administrator to join our administrative team.

Duties include:

  • Code daily time data

  • Enter daily payroll data

  • Double check payroll data for pay checks

  • Run weekly direct deposits

  • Submit unemployment reports to state

  • Manage employee insurance status

  • Oversee CDL drug testing

  • Manage employee files

  • Scale trucks (w/ others)

  • Answer phone calls (W/ others)

  • Cross train for other tasks

  • Revise employee handbook

  • Update employee training videos

  • Other duties may apply as needed

Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday

  • 40 hours per week

  • Overtime available if needed
